电力需求侧管理与电力负荷错峰管理的综合应用

摘    要:介绍了广东电网公司广州白云供电局在城市实施电力需求侧管理和电力负荷错峰管理的情况。在管理手段方面,通过制定加强用电侧管理方案有效地缓解了电力供需矛盾,通过实行峰谷分时电价来激励用户自觉错峰;在技术上,建设了大客户负荷管理系统,提高了对大客户的负荷监控能力;在拓展电力市场方面,对客户进行消费引导起到了显著的成效。2007年,广州白云供电局辖区内的最高电力负荷达1.24GW,全年供电量达6.0TW h,创历史新高。

Abstract:This paper describes the achievements in power demand side management(DSM) and power load staggering management by Guangzhou Baiyun Power Supply Bureau under Guangdong Power Grid Corporation.In management means,a scheme to strengthen power consumption side management was formulated to effectively relieve the contradiction between power supply and demand,and peak-valley time of use(TOU) tariff carried out to incent consumers to stagger their use of electricity willingly.In technology,a load management system for large customers was constructed to improve the capability of load monitoring on them.In electricity market expansion,consumption guidance for customers has achieved outstanding success.The power load under Guangzhou Baiyun Power Supply Bureau in 2007 was as high as 1.24 GW with total annual power supply up to 6.0 TWh,reaching an all-time high.
