摘    要:介绍了沙角C电厂660 MW燃煤机组配套的石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)装置的关键设备--吸收塔浆液循环泵运行不到4 000 h的磨损情况,分析认为气蚀是造成循环泵叶轮严重磨损的主要原因,另外泵的设计流量、叶轮材料、安装位置及浆液特性等对磨损也有一定影响.最后提出了防止循环泵磨损的建议措施,可给类似工程吸收塔浆液循环泵的设计选型提供参考.

Abstract:The wear of absorber slurry recirculation pumps is introduced,which operated less than 4 000 h in the wet limestone/gypsum flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system for 660 MW coal-fired units in Shajiao C Power Station.Upon analysis,it is conclude that cavitation is the main reason of the wear;in addition,some facts such as design flow of pump,material of blade,erecting site of pump and character of slurry have an influence on the wear.In the end,some pieces of advice are put up to prevent the wear of slurry recirculation pumps.
