基于TOPSIS法的黑启动决策方法

摘    要:通过介绍基于欧氏距离的逼近理想解排序法、理想点法(technique for order preference by similarity to anideal solution,TOPSIS)的基本原理,将其应用于黑启动方案评估,研究电力系统完全或部分停电后的黑启动问题,用以指导电网的安全稳定运行。算例分析表明,该方法能够排列出黑启动方案的优劣,对于实际生产和操作具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:By describing the basic theory of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) based on Euclidian distance and applying it to the evaluation of black-start schemes,the black-start problem after a complete or partial blackout of power system is studied to guide the safe and stable operation of power grid.The case study shows that the proposed method can distinguish the difference of black-start schemes,thus providing guidance for practical production and operation.
