| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了分层控制系统在电力系统的自动电压控制(AVC)和自动发电控制(AGC)两方面的应用。采用分层控制系统，可以有效地提高电力系统的供电可靠性，使电网调度工作更为省力。最后指出，为实现这一目标，除了投入相应的人、财、物以外，还需处理涉及到的系统调度技术、组织关系、计算机技术和通信技术等多方面问题。

| Abstract: | The applications of hierarchy system to automatic voltage control(AVC)and automatic generation control(AGC)of electric power system are described in this paper.The hierarchy system can effectively improve the reliability of power supply and facilitate power network dispatching.To achieve this goal,however, many aspects concerned such as system dispatching technique,organizational relations,computer technology and communication technology should be considered in addition to investment of manpower,funds and materials. |
