| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of smart grid（SG）, analyzes the fundamental conditions to develop SG, and points out that the key technological problem in constructing SG is establishing reliable data and information platform, power grid on-line decision system as well as intellectualized system on power dispatching, power plant and consumer sides. |
