摘    要:为了解决火电厂排粉机叶轮的磨损问题,结合陶瓷的优异耐磨性及高分子材料粘贴的方便性,成功地将陶瓷应用在风机叶轮的防磨上,使风机叶轮的使用寿命提高3倍以上,为表面防磨技术又提供了一种有效可靠的方法。

Abstract:In order to resolve the abrasion occurred in mill exhausters of power plants, ceramic tiles are connected, owing to their outstanding wearability, to the surface of the exhausters with high molecular adhesive or welding method. Application results show a very bright future with the ceramic tiles in solving the abrasion in power plants.
