| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前国际上较为权威的商用发输电系统可靠性评估软件——TPLAN，并基于该软件对某经简化后的系统进行了可靠性与经济性分析，结合仿真分析过程，对TPLAN的功能进行了详细的说明，探讨了TPLAN有待改进之处。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces TPLAN,a relatively authoritative software in the world for assessing the reliability of commercial power generation and transmission system.The reliability and economic efficiency of a reduced system are analyzed based on the software.Combined with the simulation analysis process,the function of TPLAN is explicated,and its deficiencies are also discussed. |
