深东惠地区电网安全稳定控制系统控制策略研究

摘    要:根据2011年深圳、东莞、惠州(以下简称深东惠)地区电网结构、地区负荷和电源分布情况,结合广东电网2011年典型运行方式,分析该地区各种严重故障对电网安全稳定运行的影响,提出了深东惠地区电网安全稳定控制策略和系统配置方案。实际应用表明,该控制策略确保了楚穗直流、广东东部电网安全稳定运行,有效地提高了深东惠地区电网的供电能力、安全运行水平以及粤东地区电力的送出能力。

Abstract:In accordance to grid structure, local load and power distribution in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou (hereinafter referred to as Shen, Dong and Hui) in year 2011, and in combination with typical operating mode of Guangdong power grid in 201 l, the article analyzes impact of severe faults on safe and stable operation of Guangdong power grid. It brings forward security and stability control strategy and configuration scheme of the system. The practical application shows that the control strategy ensures safe and stable operation of Chusui DC and grids in eastern Guangdong and it effectively enhances capacity of power supply, capability of safe operation in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou, as well as capacity of power transmission in eastern Guangdong.
