| 摘 要： | 市场势力的存在阻碍着电力工业完全竞争市场的形成。文章研究了发电侧的市场势力行为。重点研究了发电市场势力的形成原因，指出了传统描述市场势力指标的优缺点。同时，结合一种在美国中西部电力系统中使用的市场势力模拟模型，说明了用模拟研究市场势力的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Existence of market power hinders the emergence of complete competitive market in power industry.Market power activity of gener ation profile is addressed and forming cause of generation market power is expl ored specially.Advantages and shortcomings of indices traditionally describing to market power are analyzed.A simula tion model of market power employed in the Midwest Interconnect in America shows that,in the meantime,using simula-t ion to investigate market power is feasible and effective. |
