摘    要:介绍了500kV双河变电站综合自动化改造设计的指导思想,提出了变电站综合自动化系统的具体功能要求。将原有的双河变东方监控系统改造为分层分布式结构,设计了自动化装置、继电保护设备的改造方案,以及在改造过程中如何可靠的与网省局调传输远动信号的解决方法。

Abstract:The guidelines of comprehensive automation renovation design in 500kV Shuanghe Substation are introduced, the concrete functional requirements for comprehensive automation system of transformer substation are brought forward and put into implementation. The former Dongfang monitoring system is changed to the layered structure. Introduced the design of the technological renovation of the automated devices and relay protection equipments as well as how to exchange remote signal reliable with the power network dispatching center and the bureau power dispatching center through the network with the optical fiber backbone network.
