摘    要:随着特高压工程的逐步展开,华中-华北通过特高压形成了大型交流同步电网,大电网互联后低频振荡是需要重点关注的稳定问题。文章主要从低频振荡研究方法的工程实用角度出发进行了探讨。首先,对于目前国内广泛应用的低频振荡分析软件的主要分析方法和分析结果进行了比较分析,说明现有分析工具和方法存在的问题。随后,提出了多重扰动的方法的必要性,并对该方法进行了详细阐述。为了说明多重扰动方法的可行性,在特高压联网系统中应用多重扰动方法进行了仿真分析,计算结果表明,多重扰动可能导致系统发生低频振荡。即该方法可用于工程实际中的低频振荡现象分析。

Abstract:Large AC synchrony inter-connection power grid is forming through UHV AC transmission system connecting Central China Power Grid and North China Power Grid. Low frequency oscillation is one of the most important problems in affecting inter-connection power grid stable operation. Method for low frequency oscillation analysis is brought forward in this paper. At first, some traditional methods are introduced. Merit and demerit of which are analyzed respectively. Then, necessity of multi-disturbance method is brought forward and analysis procedure is introduced in detail. Finally, application of multi-disturbance method in UHV interconnection grid simulation is carried out. Seen from the simulation results, the multi-disturbance may cause low frequency oscillation in power grid, the method is feasible to analyzing low frequency oscillation phenomenon.
