大型锅炉水冷壁的高温腐蚀故障分析

摘    要:讨论了大型锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀机理与条件,研究分析了这种腐蚀大多发生在燃用高硫煤的大型贫煤锅炉上的原因,并指出目前典型的3种燃烧方式的炉膛易腐蚀部位是不相同的,提出了通过改进燃烧预防腐蚀等措施。

Abstract:In this paper the formation mechanism and conditions of high temperature corrosion of wa ter-cooled wall tube in large boilers are discussed.The re search results show that the corrosion is mianly caused by high tem pera ture sulfur cor rosion in lean coal burned boiler,and the corrosion situation in three kinds of combustion furnace is dif fer-ent.As well as the corrosion can be protected by improving com bustion technology.
