永磁同步伺服系统速度响应研究

摘    要:本文从永磁同步伺服系统矢量控制的原理出发,针对实际伺服系统的具体工程对象,阐述了系统的构成与设计方法,研究了系统速度环、电流环动态性能改善的具体措施.通过加大PI调节器的比例积分系数、引入微分而构成PID调节、引入过调制技术来提高电流环动态跟踪性能,并抑制反电动势对电流环动态性能的影响.对速度环,通过分段改变调节器比例积分系数、在速度阶跃时设置最大启动制动力矩、在速度调节环中引入微分反馈等措施,来避免比例积分调节器固有的缺陷,抑制超调,充分利用电机潜力,提高系统速度响应性能.所做的设计在实际系统中得到实验验证,效果比较满意.

Abstract:In this paper, the constitution and design methods of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system, which is based on the principle of vector control, are proposed, focusing on the idiographic object of practical servo system. The measures, by which the dynamic performance of the speed and current loop of system can be improved, are explored. In order to improve the dynamic tracking performance of the current loop of system and restrain influence of electromotive force (E.M.F.) on the loop, several means including increasing the proportion and integral coefficient of PI regulator, adaptation of differential regulation (PD) and over-modulation are investigated. For the speed loop, the inherent limitation of the PI regulator can be avoided, the overshoot of speed response can be restrained, the potential of motor can be fully utilized, and the dynamic tracking response of the speed loop of system can be enhanced, by changing the coefficient of speed regulator gradually, setting the maximal starting or braking torque when speed jumping, using differential feedback in the loop. The fulfilled system reveals that the proposed means is feasible in practice.
