异步电动机定子电流信号的数据采集与处理

摘    要:异步电动机发生转子断条时,定子电流中将出现(1—2S)f1(f1为电源频率)的附加电流分量,因此可以通过采集定子电流进行数据分析来诊断电机转子是否发生断条故障。本文设计了基于Windows NT坏境的异步电机定子电流数据采集软件和具有PCL 818数据采集卡的硬件系统,并利用小波变换提取出了转子断条故障特征。试验结果证明了本设计的有效性。

Abstract:There is an additional current component (1-2S)f1 in the stator current signal when an asynchronous motor has broken rotor bars, so the motor can be diagnosed if it has broken rotor bars by analyzing the stator current. In this paper, the sampling software based on Windows NT and hardware with data acquisition card are designed. The fault feature is also extracted based on Wavelet Transform.
