永磁同步电机速度阶跃响应研究

摘    要:文章简述了永磁同步电机伺服系统的原理与设计,介绍了系统为满足矢量控制条件,改善电流环动态性能的具体措施.通过研究速度环的动态结构,选择速度环的调节方式,以满足速度环的无差与抗扰要求.通过对不同速度范围改变调节器比例积分系数,可以实现在不同速度范围系统响应性能的优化;为提高速度阶跃响应性能,在速度阶跃时设置最大启制动力矩,可以充分发挥电机的潜力,加快电机速度的阶跃响应过程;在速度调节环中引入微分反馈,可以使速度调节器提前退出饱和,抑制超调,满足伺服系统的定位要求,提高系统速度阶跃响应性能.所做的设计在实际系统中得到实验验证.

Abstract:The principle and design of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system are set forth in brief in this paper. The measures, with which the dynamic performance of the current loop of system can be improved, are explored to satisfy the vector control. After the dynamic configuration of speed loop is studied, its regulating manner is selected to meet the demand of no error and anti-disturbance. The response performance of system can be optimized in different speed range by changing the coefficient of speed regulator gradully with the speed. By setting the maximal starting and breaking twisting moment of motor at speed jumping, the maximal potential of motor can be exerted fully and the jumping response process be quickened. With introducing differential feedback in the speed loop, the saturation of the regulator can be quitted, and the overshoot of speed response can be restrained, so that the orientation requirement of servo system can be met. The fulfilled system reveals that the proposed means is feasible in practice.
