工业缝纫机交流伺服控制系统的分析与仿真

摘    要:在介绍逆变器-工业缝纫机伺服系统的组成结构和功能工艺的基础上,分析了永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制的调速原理,新型共模电压最小的空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法,以及电流、转速和位置三闭环控制系统的设计。并将上述三个部分应用在整个新型工业缝纫机交流伺服系统中,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对该系统进行了全面的仿真分析。所得的仿真结果与理论分析结果一致,验证了该设计方案的有效性。

Abstract:After describing the configuration and function of the servo system, the principle of PMSM vector control, new least common mode voltage SVPWM modulation arithmetic, and current , speed, position three loops controlled system are analysed. Furthermore, these three parts are used in Industrial Sewing Machine Servo System, and the system is simulated and analysed fully and practically by means of MATLAB/SIMULINK. The validity of the proposed technique is verified by simulation results, which is consistent with the theoretical results.
