高效和超高效电机低不确定度效率测试系统的研究与设计

摘    要:从满足高效和超高效电机的效率测试出发,研究和设计了一套基于静止变频电源的电机效率测试系统。系统采用双环反馈控制,实现稳频、稳压、稳负载的三稳试验电源,同时对系统的不确定度评价技术进行了研究,验证结果表明系统的不确定度值优于0.4%,达国内领先水平。

Abstract:For the purpose of meeting high efficiency and premium efficiency motor tests,a set of static variable frequency power supply test system was researched and designed.System used the dual-loop feedback control to achieve stable frequency,voltage regulator,steady load tests of three steady power supply,while the uncertainty of the system evaluation techniques have been studied to verify,results showed that the uncertainty of the system is better than 0.4% ,up leading domestic level.
