摘    要:研究表明,燃料燃烧过程中不同的SO2/SO3转化率对选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,简称SCR)烟气脱硝的最低运行温度影响大,温度变化幅度为10℃~15℃。对燃烧高硫煤锅炉的SCR烟气脱硝,应控制更低的SO2/SO3转化率;对燃烧低硫煤锅炉的SCR烟气脱硝,通过适当提高SO2/SO3转化率,最大催化剂用量可减少一半,烟气阻力降低一半,可大幅降低SCR烟气脱硝建设成本和运行成本。

Abstract:Variation in ratios of SO2/S03 conversion during fuel combustion has obvious influence on the minimum operation temperature of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) flue gas denitration. The fluctuation of the minimum operation temperature can reach 10℃ to 15℃. For a boiler that fires high sulfur content coal, the SO2/S03 conversion ratio of the SCR system should be controlled at a lower level, and for a boiler that fires low sulfur content coal, the SCR catalyst volume and flue gas resistance can be reduced by one half by increasing the SOJSO3 conversion ratio to a proper level.
