| 摘 要： | 对西南地区4个用于水煤浆气化的备选煤种和添加剂进行了评选。广安煤、黄桷庄煤由于灰分高、热值低而不适合水煤浆气化。桐梓煤和恒远煤的成浆特性试验表明:桐梓煤的适用添加剂是HNF和FP,当HNF的用量为0.3%～0.4%时,煤浆浓度可达到66.31%,表观黏度低至652 mPa.s;恒远煤的适用添加剂是HNF,当其用量为0.5%～0.6%时,最高煤浆浓度为60.93%,表观黏度为394 mPa.s。

| Abstract: | Four kinds of coal from Southwest China for gasification are evaluated. The GuangAn coal and HuangJuezhuang coal are not suitable for gasification due to high ash content and low calorific value. The slurry ability of TongZi coal and HengYuan coal are studied. The results show that the additive HNF and FP are appropriate for Tongzi coal, the slurry concentration can reach 66. 31% and the apparent viscosity is as low as 652 mPa- s when the amount of HNF is 0. 3% to 0.4%. HNF is the best additive for HengYuan coal, the highest concentration is 60. 93% and the lowest apparent viscosity is 394 mPa. s when the amount of HNF is 0. 5% to 0. 6%. |
