摘    要:通过对东方锅炉有限公司首台自主设计制造的、国际上目前容量最大的、专门燃烧奥里油的大型锅炉过热器、再热器特性试验,并对过热器、再热器系统热偏差试验结果进行了初步分析。试验表明:东方锅炉首台自主设计制造的600 MW奥里油锅炉各受热面管系布置和热量分配设计合理,在不同运行工况热偏差较小。

Abstract:The 600 MW orimulsion oil-burning boiler, designed and manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd ( DBC), is the world's largest capacity orimulsion oil-burning boiler. Performance test of the superheater and reheater of this boiler is carried out. A primary analysis to the superheater and reheater systems' thermal deviation test results is carried out. The tests show that each heating surface's layout and heat distribution of this orimulsion oil-burning boiler ofDBC are welt designed, and the lhermal deviation is small under different operating conditions.
