薄膜太阳能电池在荒漠电站的应用前景分析

摘    要:以内蒙古阿左旗某MWp级并网太阳能光伏发电工程为例,通过对相同容量多晶硅和非晶硅/微晶硅薄膜光伏发电单元在发电量、占地面积、初投资等方面的比较,得出在荒漠地区建设大型并网光伏电站,非晶硅/微晶硅薄膜电池的综合经济效益优于多晶硅的结论。认为非晶硅薄膜电池在我国大型并网光伏发电领域应用前景广阔,发展潜力巨大。

Abstract:Take example for an MWp grid-connected PV station in azuo banner of Inner Mongolia,comparing polycrystalline silicon with amorphous silicon/ minicrystalline silicon thin film solar cell Under the same capacity condition,on its output,area,first cost,and so on,we can draw the conclusion that comprehensive economic benefit of amorphous silicon/ minicrystalline silicon thin film solar cell better than polycrystalline silicon thin film solar cell in a desert power station.Amorphous silicon thin film solar cell should have wider application prospects and larger development potential in grid-connected PV field in China.
