基于多速率滤波器组的高压输电线暂态电流保护新方法

高压输电线路保护直接影响电力系统的安全经济运行.传统保护不能满足超高压电网发展的要求,探索新的保护原理和可行的实现方法提高输电线路保护的性能,是继电保护研究领域中的一个重要课题.多速率滤波器组应用于高压输电线路单端保护,具有对故障高频信号处理分辨率高、处理速度快等优点性能.分析暂态电流特征,利用多速率滤波器组抽取暂态电流和电压信号并计算能量比,根据能量比来判定故障类型.

A New Method of Transient Current Protection for HV Transmission Line Based on Multi-rate Filter Bank

It is of importance to the security of the power system to ensure the reliability of HV transmission line protection. Traditional protection can not satisfy the development of HV electric network. Searching for a new protection theory is in the current time,and an efficient method is a main task in this research field. There are many superiorities in the processing of fault transient signal applying multi--rate filter bank. This paper analyses the characters of transient current. The method uses multi--rate filter banks to extract the transient current and voltage component,and computes the ratio of energy,uses the ratio to judge the fault type.
