VACON变频器在卷扬控制系统中的应用

摘    要:根据高炉料车上料系统的控制要求,将具有可编程功能的VACON变频器与PLC相结合,实现了料车上料过程的运行控制.提出了直接采用VACON变频器给出机械抱闸信号控制方案,有效地防止了溜车现象.实际应用证明,此方案实现卷扬上料小车的控制具有噪音小、高效、节能、故障低等优点.

Abstract:According to the control demand of blast furnace skip hoist, the demanded feed process is realized by means of VACON converter with programmable function and PLC. A new control method that VACON converter directly outputs machinecal brake sinal to control the motors is proposed in this paper, which impede the charging wagon slide effectively. Actual application proves that the blast furnace skip hoist has little noise, high efficiency, less energy need, less fault and so on, whith has very good market prospect.
