摘 要: | 针对智能电网条件下电网规划方案优选决策多属性、确定性与不确定性并存的特点,从电网的四个方面:可靠性、经济性、适应性和环保性出发,建立了输电网规划方案优选的模糊物元综合评价模型.在评价过程中,用信息熵所反映数据的效用值来计算各指标的熵权和专家权重来得到综合权重,利用方案的各项综合评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元模型,并通过计算与标准模糊物元的欧式贴近度来实现方案的排序与择优,并以实例证明了该方法应用于输电网规划方案优选的有效性和可行性.

Abstract: | According to features of multi-attribution, certainties and uncertainties coexisted in the optimization of trans-mission network planning scheme, a fuzzy matter-element model for optimization of transmission network planning schemewas established based on entropy weight in terms of reliability, economy, adaptability and environmental protection. Dur-ing this process, the synthetic evaluation criterion weight was determined by combining the entropy weight and the deci-sion-makers subjective evaluation criterion weight. The optimal transmission network planning scheme was determined bycalculating Euclid approach degree (EAD) between the compound fuzzy matter-element and the standard fuzzy matter-element. The feasibility and effectiveness of the process is proved in optimal transmission network planning scheme. |
