双馈型风电机组的惯性控制

摘    要:在分析双馈风电机组运行特性和控制策略的基础上,提出双馈风电机组的惯性控制策略.该策略附加一个频率控制环节来为风电机组的有功功率控制系统提供一个额外的有功参考信号,进而使风电机组能够及时响应系统频率来调整其有功输出.通过对含风电装机容量系统的仿真分析,验证该控制策略在系统出现功率不平衡后,能够利用双馈风电机组的惯量使风电场具备对系统频率快速响应的能力,从而提高了基于双馈风电机组的大规模风电场接入电网后的电力系统频率稳定性.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing operating characteristics of the double-fed wind-driven generator set and controlstrategy,the inertial control strateyg of the double-fed wind-driven generatory set has bean proposed in the paper. Thestrategy adds a frequency control loop to provide an extra active reference signal for the active power control system of thewind-driven generator set, thus making the wind-driven generator set be anle to respond the system frequency in time toregulate its active output. By simulation analysis to contain the wind generator equipped capacitor system, it is verifiedthat the control strategy can use the inertia of the double-fed wind-driven geuerator set to make wind electric field havefast response ability to the system frequency after the system power is imbalance, thas increasing stability of electric sys-tem frequency after large-scale wind electric field to be connected into an electric network based on the double-fed windgenerator set.
