| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术及通信技术的快速发展,原有的调度自动化技术已显落后,不能满足用户可持续发展和系统扩展的需要.针对县级电网特点及其经济实用性,从厂站端的RTU设备选型、电力通信网络特点及构成到电网调度自动化主站系统,提出适合中小型县级电网的调度自动化系统建设方案.

| Abstract: | As the rapid development of the computer and communication technology,the former dispatching automatic system has already fallen behind,it can't fulfill the demand of the sustainable development of the users and the need of the system expansion.Aiming at the characteristic and the economical practicability of the country electricity site,and from the RTU of substations,the characteristic and the structure of the power communication network,to the central system of the power network dispatch,putting forward construction project which is suitable for the small country grid dispatching automatic system. |
