含分布式电源的配电网可靠性评估

摘    要:以含分布式电源的配电网可靠性评估为研究内容,首先分析了分布式电源的接入对配电网可靠性评估的影响,并对光伏发电和风力发电出力随机特性进行了研究,建立了分布式电源的可靠性模型。在此基础上,基于蒙特卡罗时序模拟方法,提出了含分布式电源的配电网可靠性评估算法。最后采用所提出的模型和算法对IEEE RBTS Bus6系统主馈线F4进行仿真计算,说明本模型的有效性与实用性,计算结果表明,分布式电源合理接入配电网后,可以提高配电网供电的可靠性。

Abstract:To evaluate the reliability of distribution network containing distributed generations, at first the affect on relia- bility estimation for distribution network after connecting distributed power is analyzed, and the stochastic characteristics of power output of photovoltaic generation and wind power generation are researched, and a reliability model of hybrid generation system consisting of distributed generation is buih. On this basis and based on Monte Carlo simulation a reliability evaluation algorithm for distribution network containing distributed generations is proposed. Finally, the reliability of F4 from IEEE RBTS Bus6 system is evaluated by the built model and the proposed algorithm. Evaluation results show the validity and practicability of the model, and distributed generations can effectively improve power supply reliability of distribution system after connecting to the distributed network properly.
