摘    要:自动卷绕机的卷制质量是影响金属化电容器元件质量的关键因素。本文分析了金属化电容器元件的结构,并从自动卷制机本身的特点及元件圈数的准确度、元件端面的平整度、元件松紧程度、薄膜的纵向和横向错位量、在卷制过程中的损伤、内芯安装和外包热封等方面,具体分析了自动卷制机与金属化电容器元件质量的关系。

Abstract:The quality of the involution is the key factor to affect the quality of metallic capacitor component.This paper analyzed the relation of the automatic involution machine and the quality of metallic capacitor component through combing the construction of metallic capacitor component and the characteristics of the automatic involution machine,the accurate degree of the circle number,the neat degree of the surface,the loose/tight degree of the component,the vertical and horizontal stagger quantity,the harm in the process of involution,the installation of core and the epibody hot envelop etc.
