摘    要:通过理论计算、RTDS仿真和模拟试验,对66 kV并联无功补偿电容器组熔断器群爆和电容器大面积损坏事故进行了深入分析,并在分析过程中发现并联电容器组中存在一种新的过电流(故障涌流)和过电压(故障过电压)现象,正是故障涌流造成熔断器群爆,故障过电压造成电容器大面积损坏。为了防止上述事故,建议取消外熔断器,将并联电容器组直接连接到电容器母线上。

Abstract:Based on theoretical computation,RTDS simulation and tests,the phenomena of fuse multi-explosions of fuses and damages of a mass of capacitors in 66kV shunt reactive compensation capacitor bank are researched and analyzed in this paper.During this period another new kind of over-current(fault inrush current) and over-voltage(fault over-voltage) phenomenon was found in shunt capacitor bank.It was determined that the fault inrush current caused the multi-explosion fault of fuse and the fault over-voltage caused the damages of a mass of capacitors.For preventing this fault,it is suggested that the external fuses should be removed from the capacitor and shunt capacitors would be directly linked to the bus bar.
