摘    要:不拆线试验是指在不拆除高压引线的情况下对电气设备进行预试,它的优点是可以减少工作量、增加安全系数、提高工作效率。为了降低拆除高压引线对设备造成的伤害以及提高检修效率,因此,运行维护单位大力推广在现场应用不拆高压引线的试验方法。针对500 kV叠装式CVT的结构特点,主要由电容分压器和电磁单元组成。介绍了不拆高压引线测量电容分压器的介损因数tanδ及电容量的新试验方法,分析了测量原理。通过与拆引线试验的数据对比,证明该试验方法是正确的。

Abstract:Test without removing wire refers to pre-test of electrical equipment without removing lead and its advantage is in reducing amount of work,increasing safety factor and improving working efficiency.For reducing the equipment damage due to removal of HV lead and improving maintenance efficiency,the operation and maintenance utilities strongly recommend application of field test without removing HV lead.In view of structure feature of 500 kV integral type CVT consisting of capacitive voltage divider and electromagnetic unit.In this paper,a new method for testing dielectric loss and capacitance of capacitive voltage divider without removing high voltage(HV) lead is introduced and test principle is analyzed.Through comparison with the test data of removing HV lead,this method is proved to be correct.
