电容器连接组件过热原因分析与设计改进

摘    要:TBB24-35-60120/334-2BLW型电容器装置广泛应用于江西500 kV变电站内,该型电容器组连接组件存在结构性缺陷,经常出现单台电容器连接组件过热问题。为保证电网安全,分析该型单台电容器连接组件结构,设计出新型单台电容器连接组件并在现场成功实施更换改造。因此建议用50平方BV线代替原有35平方多股细软铜线;用SBK-1-M16型变压器专用线夹代替原有引线接头;引线在安装时注意留出存水弯。

Abstract:TBB24-35-60120/334-2BLW capacitor installations are widely used in Jiangxi Province 500 kV substations.The structural defects in the connected component of this type of capacitor banks always cause overheating fault in the connected component of capacitor.To guarantee the safety of power grid,the internal structure of this connected component of capacitor is analyzed,a new type of connected component is designed and used successfully at site.It is suggested to use 50 mm2 BV cables instead of the original 35 mm2 soft copper cable and SBK-1-M16 special transformer clamp instead of original lead connector.And the trap in lead installation shall be maintained.
