大电网脆弱性评估的潮流介数分析方法

摘    要:针对复杂大电网局部故障后其脆弱性有效定量分析难的问题,将潮流介数理论应用于大电网脆弱性评价分析,并对其可行性进行定量分析。首先,基于复杂网络理论,分析了大电网的拓扑结构,确定了大电网具有小世界网络和无标度网络的特性,即电网的拓扑结构是脆弱的且具有关键的脆弱节点。其次,根据电网在当前运行状态下的潮流分布,根据节点和支路在电网中的参与程度,引入物理背景更加符合电力系统背景的潮流介数概念,对节点和支路在电网功率传输中的重要作用进行科学的量化,在此基础上,构建了大电网局部故障阶段结构脆弱性评价指标。最后,仿真分析IEEE 30节点系统,验证其作为电网网络脆弱性评估指标的可行性,以及证实与拓扑介数指标相比较,潮流介数能较好评估电网在稳态运行中发生局部故障的脆弱性。

Abstract:In view of difficult effective quantitative analysis on vulnerability of complicated power system after faults,the theory of power flow mediator is applied to the quantitative analysis of vulnerability evaluation of power system and its feasibility is quantitatively analyzed.Firstly,the topological structure of large power system is analyzed based on the complex network theory,and it is confirmed that large grid network has such characteristics as small?world networks and scale?free networks,that is,the topological structure of power network is fragile and has key vulnerable nodes.Secondly,based on the flow distribution of network at present operation status and also on the participation extent of node and branch in the network,the concept of flow number,in which the physical background is more complying with the background of power system,is introduced for scientific quantification of the important role of the node and branch in the power transmission of the network.On this basis,the structural vulnerability assessment index at partial fault stage of big network is constructed.Finally,the IEEE 30 node is simulated and analyzed so to verify its feasibility as the vulnerability assessment index of network.It is proved by the comparison with topological number index that the flow number can accesses the vulnerability of the network in the partial fault of during steady operation of the network.
