音频料位测量在电厂钢球磨煤机中的应用

摘    要:近年来火电厂单元机组容量不断增大,但机组制粉系统耗电量却一直居高不下,一般能占到厂用电的15%~25%左右。因此机组制粉系统的节能降耗对降低整个电厂厂用电率将起到至关重要的作用。以某电厂中储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统作为研究对象,着重分析了影响钢球磨煤机能耗的因素,运用音频信号测量原理,对钢球磨煤机制粉系统的料位自动控制方法进行了介绍,实现了对钢球磨煤机料位的自动控制,达到了节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:Late year,the unit capacity of thermal power plant is made big stride in its development,but the consumption of energy in pulverized system is always in high degree,this portion is around 15% to 20% auxiliary power.For this,how to reduce the coal pulverizing system loss is very important for decreasing the auxiliary power.This paper,talking a ball mill storage pulverizing coal system as an example,based on the aim of decreasing the consumption of energy,analyzes and discusses characteristics of the ball mill system,factors affecting the ball mill consumption of energy,using this voice frequency signal,carried out on mill level automation to reached the aim of decreasing the consumption of energy.
