摘    要:提出一种基于不平衡功率单元直接并联技术的1MW并网逆变器拓扑结构,可有效解决大功率逆变器在低功率条件下的效率和电能质量问题。详细论述了基于不平衡功率单元并联的1MW并网逆变器的特点及工作原理,并针对不平衡功率单元并联产生的环流问题,提出了控制策略的解决方案。基于MATLAB软件对并网逆变器进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明逆变器能够有效提高低功率条件下的效率及电能质量,并抑制不平衡功率单元间的环流。

Abstract:This paper proposes a 1 MW grid-connected inverter's topological structure based on direct parallel technology of unbalanced power units to improve the efficiency and power quality of the high-power inverter under low power conditions.The characteristics and working principle of the improved 1 MW grid-connected inverter based on unbalanced power units are described in detail,and a control strategy solution is presented for the circulating current generated through parallel connection between unbalanced power units. A MATLAB-based simulation experiment on the inverter is conducted,and the result shows this converter can greatly improve the efficiency and power quality under low power conditions,and suppress the circulating current between unbalanced power units.
