摘    要:从研究光伏电池的输出特性出发,运用MATLAB建立光伏电池模型进行模拟仿真,分析其工作特性;在此基础上,详细总结了应用于最大功率点跟踪的DC/DC电路的拓扑、工作原理,并搭建了升压型Boost电路的仿真模型;在理论分析与仿真分析的基础上,利用微控制器设计出最大功率点跟踪系统的硬件电路,完成了功率电路,驱动电路,电流电压检测电路以及控制电路的原理图的绘制;最后,设计出以ATmega16控制器为核心的光伏电池阵列的最大功率跟踪控制系统,并对整个电路进行实验研究,验证了所提出控制方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:In this paper,a model of solar cell using MATLAB is established based on its volt-ampere characteristics. The principle and characteristic of some DC-DC conversion are also introduced,which applied to maximum power point tracking. And establish a model of DC-DC conversion with PSB in the MATLAB,a relative perfect simulated result is obtained. Then,hardware of system is designed based on ATmega16 and the principles of main circuit、measurement circuit、drive circuit and control circuit are made. Finally,the proposed control methods are proved practical by the results of experiments.
