基于PSCAD的智能变电站仿真培训平台研发

摘    要:针对智能变电站培训技术的不足,提出并研发了能仿真实际智能变电站一、二次系统的培训平台。利用PSCAD仿真软件将仿真的一、二次系统组合起来。同时针对不同的培训对象研发了对应的培训模块,能满足设计、运维人员对智能变电站的各种培训需求。最后通过模拟220 k V母线故障验证了智能变电站一二次系统仿真的可行性与有效性,研发开创了继电保护测试和培训的新手段。

Abstract:In view of inadequate training technique for smart substations,this paper presents a training platform which can simulate the primary and secondary systems of actual smart substations.Using PSCAD simulation software,this platform combines simulated primary and secondary systems.In the meantime,training modules are developed for different training objects to satisfy various training demands of designers and operation and maintenance staffs with respect to smart substations.Finally,feasibility and effectiveness of the simulation of the primary and secondary systems of smart substations are verified through simulation of 220kV bus fault.The development of this system provides a new method for relay protection testing and training.
