基于变速积分的直流浪涌发生器设计

摘    要:设计了一种两级变换式直流浪涌发生器,用于产生GJB181A、RTCA/DO-160标准规定的机载直流设备浪涌测试电压。以Buck+桥式电路为主功率拓扑实现28 V和270 V两档直流电压产生,以DSP作为控制器实现全数字控制,以变速积分控制方法实现输出电压的快速响应。通过系统设计和样机测试,验证了设计方案的可行性与实用性。

Abstract:This paper gives the design of a DC surge generator of two-stage conversion,used to generate surge test voltage for airborne DC equipment specified in GJB181A and RTCA/DO-160 standards.Buck+bridge circuit is used as main power topology to generate 28V and 270V DC voltages,DSP is used as controller to realize all-digital control,and variable speed integration is used to achieve quick response of output voltage.System design and prototype test verify the feasibility and practicability of the design scheme.
