基于异众比率图的调度公平性评估方法研究

发电厂电量完成率是调度公平性的重要内容,如何全面地反映各发电厂电量完成率的均衡性是公平性评价的关键问题。通过引入统计经济学中异众比率相关概念,提出了一种基于异众比率图的调度公平性评价方法。综合考虑了调度公平性评价中对电量完成率偏差数量、分散程度等方面要求,提出了异众比率和异众比率矩两项评价指标,并设计了具体的评价实施步骤,最后基于我国某省区实际数据构造算例,论证了方法的有效性。

Research on Evaluation System of Scheduling Fairness Based on Variation Ratio Chart

The electricity completion ratio of power plant is an important part of scheduling fairness.How to fully reflect the proportionality of electricity completion ratio of the power plant is the key issue of fairness evaluation.By introducing the relational concept of variation ratio in statistical economics,a fairness evaluation method based on variation ratio chart was proposed.This method took into consideration the requirements of deviation of electricity completion ratio and degree of dispersion in the evaluation of scheduling fairness,and put forward two evaluation indexes i.e.variation ratio and different ratio moment and a specific implementation steps for the evaluation is designed.Finally,based on an example constructed by the actual data of a certain province in our country,the effectiveness of the proposed method was demonstrated.
