摘    要:包括谐波状态估计在内的电力系统广域监测得到越来越多的应用,而兼具小型化与低成本的配网线路微型PMU在广域监测中承担着重要的作用,其量测配置问题是现在研究的空白。简要介绍了谐波状态估计的过程,根据状态估计的要求提出了量测配置方法,给出了基于0-1整数规划的配网线路PMU量测配置流程。将量测算法运用于IEEE18节点、IEEE33节点配电系统以及IEEE14节点标准模型并进行了仿真验证,同时讨论了将配置方法拓展应用于主网的可能性。

Abstract:Including harmonic state estimation,the wide area monitoring of power system gets more and more applications.The miniature PMU with low cost in distribution network plays an important role in WAMS,but the measurement configuration problem is still the blank of the current research.This paper briefly introduced the process of harmonic state estimation.According to the requirements of the state estimation,in the paper the measurement configuration method was put forward,and the distribution line PMU measurement configuration process based on the 0-1 integer programming was presented.The calculations for the IEEE14,IEEE18 and IEEE33 bus system were verified by simulation, and the possibility of applying this configuration method to transmission lines was alsodiscussed.
