浇注型电流互感器自动设计软件的研究

摘    要:通过调研,目前我国电流互感器的设计大部分停留在手算阶段,过程繁琐,效率低下。为了简化电流互感器的设计过程,通过查阅相关资料,根据浇注型电流互感器的设计步骤,利用VC++语言编写相关自动设计软件,实现了面向用户的Windows界面,用户可以根据需要进行参数输入和修改,主要功能包括绕组设计、铁芯设计、绝缘设计、误差计算及动热稳定性分析等。简化了浇注式电流互感器设计过程,对于其他电流互感器的设计具有可推广性。

Abstract:As known through investigation,design of current transformers in China is completed by manual calculation for the most part in a complicated,inefficient process.This study aimed at simplifying the design process of the current transformer.By reviewing relative data,according to the design procedure of the casting-type current transformer,we used VC++ language to compile automatic design software,thus realizing a user-oriented Windows interface to enable the user to make parameter input and modification when so required.Among main functions were:winding design,iron core design,insulation design,error calculation and dynamo-thermal stability analysis.The simplified design process of the casting-type current transformer can be extended to the design of other current transformers.
