增量式光电编码器在交流伺服系统中的应用

摘    要:增量式光电编码器在测速时,由于受到外界环境的影响,经常会出现一些电气干扰和机械抖动干扰,导致计数错误。基于TMS320F28335的正交编码电路,提出了一种抗干扰和抖动的方法,并结合M/T法在实际系统中进行应用。测量结果显示,抗干扰测速方法测量效果很好,具有测量精度高、稳定性好、响应快等特点。

Abstract:When incremental photoelectric encoder applies in speed measurement,there will be some electrical interference and mechanical jitter interference because of the external environment.In this paper,with combining the enhanced quadrature encoder pluse module of TMS320F28335 and photoelectric encoder,Combined with M/T speed testing method,I put forward a new measurement of anti-jamming and jitter which applies in the actual system to measure.The result of experiment show that the method has he virtue of high accuracy and fast response and so on.
