摘    要:为了确保水电机组的安全稳定和经济运行,需要实现对水电机组的监测与故障诊断。在Internet和Windows环境下,利用有效的网络资源、PXI、MXI-3和DataSocket技术,采用易于扩展的客户/服务器结构模式来设计水电机组的远程监测和故障诊断系统。在文中针对该系统总体方案,软硬件组成及系统的功能做了详细的说明。该系统实现了水电机组信号的数据采集、数据分析和处理,并能通过网络进行故障诊断,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of a hydroelectric generating set, it is necessary to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis. By the aid of effective network source, PXI, MXI-3 and DataSocket technology, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of hydroelectric generating set based on expansible client/server structural model is designed under the environment of Internet and windows. The integrated plan of the system, its composition of software and hardware as well as its functions are described in detail. This system can carry out date acquisition, date analyzing and processing of signals of the hydroelectric generating set, and fault diagnosis by network. This system has a fine application prospect.
