摘    要:随着电力系统发、输电侧和配电侧发生了巨大的变化,现有的发输电设施被最大程度地利用,从而导致电力系统的电压稳定问题变得更加突出。提出了基于改进人工鱼群算法的连续潮流(CPF),通过优化变压器分接头、PV节点电压和无功补偿装置,求解系统电网的最大电压稳定裕度及电压偏移质量最小的多目标问题,并在多目标函数中引入非统一模型解法———乘除法思想。利用IEEE 14、IEEE 30节点系统求解多目标优化,对结果进行比较分析,验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract:With the great changes in the generation/transmission side and distribution side of the electric power system,existing generation/transmission facilities are used to the utmost so that voltage stability of the electric power system has become more prominent.This paper introduces the continuous power flow (CPF)based on improved fish swarm algorithm,and by optimizing the transformer tap, PV node voltage and reactive compensation devices,achieves the maximal voltage stability margin and the minimal voltage shift as multiple objectives.Furthermore,the non-uniform model solution the multiplication/division thought is introduced in the multiple objective function.Multi-objective optimization is achieved by means of IEEE14 and IEEE 30 node systems.The comparison of the results verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
