摘    要:设计了一套基于积分分离PID算法的变频调速系统,给出了系统的总体硬件结构框图,其中详细介绍了转速控制模块和转速检测模块,提出了其算法的设计思想及其实现方法,论述了该系统的控制方法、结构、数学模型等方面的问题,给出相应的程序流程图。MATLAB仿真表明:该算法解决了普通算法中过大超调、响应较慢的问题,提高了系统的响应速度与控制精度。

Abstract:This paper designs a variable frequency speed regulation system with integral-separation PID algorithm, presents the general hardware structure diagram of the system, especially introduces the speed control module and the speed detecting module, and proposes the al- gorithm idea and its implementation method. The control method, structure, mathematical model and flow chart of the system are dis- cussed in detail. The MATLAB simulation results show that this algorithm raises the response speed and improves the control precision by solving the problems of big overshoot and slow response in ordinary algorithms.
