摘    要:针对变电站各类在线监测装置准确率不高、使用效率低等特点,根据设备故障前一段时间某些异常如放电信号、接点温度和裂纹等会逐渐增大的特点,提出了一种低成本、高可靠性的变电站设备监测装置来及时发现这些较大的异常信号,并对可能发生故障的设备提前预警。系统综合了局部放电检测与定位、红外测温、全景视频监视和无线测温等先进检测技术,并采用车载式移动平台。现场测试结果表明系统显著地提高了巡检效率,降低了经济成本。

Development of Early Warning System for Substation Equipment Failure
Abstract:Aiming at low accuracy rating and service efficiency of all types of on-line monitoring devices in the substations,this paper proposes a low-cost,high reliability devices for monitoring of substation equipment to detect these major abnormal signals,with early warning for the equipment that may occur faults and this device is designed on ths basis of the behaviour i.e.in the early stage of equipment failure some abnormity such as discharge signals,junction temperature and cracks will gradually increase.The system integrates the advanced detection technology including detection and location of partial discharge,infrared temperature measurement,panorama video surveillance and wireless temperature measurement and adopts vehicle-mounted mobile platform.Field test results show that the system can significantly improve the patrol efficiency and reduce the economic costs.
