某泵站自控系统更新改造的设计与应用

摘    要:自控系统在泵站运行中起到越来越重要的作用。针对某泵站,依据控制原则和要求,从PLC、SCADA和网络方面,设计了自控系统更新改造的方法,包括6台基本控制柜、2台就地控制柜、触摸屏、工控机和通信,并应用到泵站实际运行中,实现了2台变频泵和4台定速泵的控制、一体式触摸屏的信号监视、中控室工控机的监控与操作、数据服务器的存储和查询,以及与调度中心的远程通讯。

Renovation Design of the Automatic Control System for a Pumping Station and Its Application
Abstract:Automatic control system plays an increasingly important role in the operation of the pumping station.For a pumping station,in terms of the control principles and requirements a renovation approach for automatic control system is designed based on PLC,SCADA and network.It includes six primary control cabinets,2 local control cabinets,touch screen,industrial computer and communications. They are applied to the actual operation of a pumping station to achieve the control of 2 lead pumps and 4 fixed speed pumps,signal monitoring via touch screen monitoring and operation via IPC in the control room,servers for data storage and query and remote communication with the control center.
