基于水平迁移侦测的异常用电在线分析方法

针对电力用户异常用电的侦查问题,研究了异常用电用户平稳化后日用电量时间序列的特点,提出了水平迁移的概念,根据异常用电用户平稳化后日用电量序列存在水平迁移的特点,进一步提出了运用累计和值方法判定平稳化后日用电量序列是否存在水平迁移、进而判定其是否异常用电可疑的方法,最后将上述判定思想用于对居民日用电量时间序列的在线分析,提出了具体的算法流程,算例分析方法简单、有效。

Online Analysis of Abnormal Power Utilization Based on Detection of Horizontal Transfer

With regards to the detection of abnormal power utilization of energy consumers,this paper studies the characteristics of the time sequence of daily electricity consumption of users of abnormal power utilization after stabilization,and presents the concept of horizontal transfer.According to the characteristics of the above mentioned horizontal transfer,it further proposes an approach for determining if abnormal power utilization exists:the cumulative sum method is used to judge if there exists horizontal transfer in the daily electricity consumption sequence after stabilization.Finally,the above criterion of judgment is applied to online analysis of the time sequence of residents’daily electricity consumption,and a specific algorithm flow is presented.This approach is simple and effective as seen from the analysis of the example.
