摘    要:由于传统保护控制技术在配网供电方面存在非自愈性和单一性,而且可靠性和实时性差,采用一种依赖于网络数据和自愈策略的区域配电网新技术。详细阐述区域配电网控制器的内部硬件设计和通信方式,以达到解决配网自愈可靠性和实时性的能力。举例介绍区域配网的自愈控制案例,验证有效性,通过试点运行表明这种技术高效可靠,可以推广使用。

Study of a Novel IEC61 850-based Self-healing Device for the Distribution Network
Abstract:Considering conventional protection &control technique in the field of power supply of the distribution network is unitary and not self-healing and has low reliability and poor real-time performance,this paper presents a novel technology for regional distribution networks based on network data and self-healing strategy.Internal hardware design and communication mode of the controller for the regional distribution network are explained in detail to guarantee the reliability of self-healing and real-time performance of the distribution network.Some examples for self-healing control for the regional distribution network are discussed and control effectiveness is verified.Experimental tests indicate that this technology is highly efficient and reliable and can be applied extensively.
