基于非接触供电的LED车灯电路设计

摘    要:车辆的引擎盖和后备箱盖等部件是经常开闭的,在这些地方装设LED车灯,其导线容易折断,提出基于非接触供电的LED车灯电路。电路通过疏松耦合方式从原边电磁线圈向副边电磁线圈传递电能。为了使车灯两端电压稳定,采用无线反馈方式稳压,由SG3525自动调节输出脉冲的占空比,改变原边电路的传输功率,从而稳定LED车灯的电压。电路的测试结果与仿真结果一致。

Abstract:vehicles' engine cover and trunk lid part is often open and close, in these places have LED trunk lights, the wire is easily broken, this paper put forward based on the contact-less power supply LED lights circuit. Loose coupling circuit through from the primary side electromagnetic coils way to transfer power magnetic coil second side. In order to make the light on both ends of the voltage stability, using wireless way by SG3525 voltage feedback, automatic regulation of the output pulse of empty, change the power of primary side of circuit , and power LED trunk lights voltage are stabled. The test results and simulation of the circuit as same results.
