基于LabVIEW的风力机模拟装置上位机监控系统设计

摘    要:风力机模拟装置,由上位机和下位机共同构成,能够控制异步电动机按照上位机给定的转矩运行,从而可在实验室模拟风力机对发电机的作用。采用LabVIEW语言建立了上位机监控系统,通过内部建立的风力机数学模型,完成了风速输入到转矩输出的转换,并利用串口实时向下位机发送转矩指令值;同时监控系统能够实时采集异步电动机运行参数,监视各模块的运行状态。实验室测试表明,上位机监控系统功能正常,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:The wind turbine simulator consists of PC and lower level computer jointly.The simulator is able to control asynchronous motor to drive the generator output power according to the torque reference from PC monitoring system so as to simulate the operation process of wind power generation in the laboratory.This paper adopts the LabVIEW language established PC monitoring system,through the internal mathematical model of wind turbine,completed conversion from the wind speed input to torque output,and sent down real-time torque command value to lower level computer through serial port;meanwhile monitoring system can real-time display asynchronous motor running parameters and monitor the operation status of each module.Laboratory tests show that PC monitoring system function is achieved the design requirements.
